Solitude, peace and quiet await you in our enchanting 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage nestled amid 5 acres of tranquility and natural beauty. A perfect,
romantic place to enjoy all that nature has to offer - song birds, deer,
a nearby stream, tranquil pond and abundant wildlife. We offer a true sanctuary
for relaxation, contemplation, and privacy that is guaranteed to refresh your
body, mind and spirit. The cottage is a private family guest house with a large
rustic living and dining area with exposed beams, a massive stone fireplace,
timeworn hardwood floors and picture windows overlooking the manicured lawn to
the pond. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and cozy reading nook. The second bedroom comfortably sleeps two. The third bedroom sleeps
one. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your personal use as well as an
outdoor grill and spacious patio overlooking the grounds and pond. For an extraordinary experience, make Hobson House your home while exploring the wonders of the Shenandoah Valley.
#1-Due to covid we are no longer offering a hot
breakfast served every morning. Please email or call for breakfast details.
#2- We have closed the smaller cabin for playing or
crafts for children.
